O mnie
I have been a practicing attorney since 2015. I completed my legal apprenticeship at the Krakow Bar Association, and after passing the bar exam, I moved abroad to gain professional experience in international law firms. Upon returning to Poland in 2017, I established EPOQUE Law Firm, based in Krosno.
I also hold postgraduate degrees in Intellectual Property Law from Jagiellonian University in Krakow and Cybersecurity from the Polish Academy of Sciences. I am a member of the IT Committee at the Regional Bar Association in Rzeszów and continuously enhance my IT skills.
My legal practice focuses primarily on criminal law, technology law, intellectual property protection (cyber law), and providing legal services to businesses, particularly those in creative and innovative industries.
I am also an arbitrator and mediator. I conduct training sessions and participate as a speaker at conferences and academic seminars in Poland and abroad.
As an author of both academic and popular science articles, I maintain the legal blogs Cyberlaw by Judyta and Angielskie Prawo dla Polaków.
My professional and academic interests center on combating cybercrime.
